Do you have what it takes to effectively manage not only yourself but your team? If the answer is no, or yes but I think I could do better then we have just the opportunity for you!
The Leading to Success 2010 programme is a new and exciting initiative of CPD (Corporate Personal Development), a social enterprise project of The Children's Centre offering tailored and effective programmes driving business, team and personal performance. This course takes place over a 5 day residential stay at one of the Island’s most beautiful locations, Brightlife in Andreas, commencing Sunday 17th October and finishing on Friday 22nd October.
The programme is a unique opportunity aimed at senior managers and directors from across the corporate, public and third sectors. “Using our expertise in experiential learning, this programme will test and refine leaderships skills” says Mark Payne, Learning Consultant and Co-ordinator of CPD, “Over the 5 days participants will be challenged mentally, emotionally and physically, putting leadership skills to the test, turning theory into practice”
This expertly facilitated programme endeavours to:
• Enable the participant to develop self awareness and self control through personal discovery and feedback
• Stretch comfort zones in the pursuit of development
• Explore strengths and weaknesses as a leader and a colleague
• Learn to identify blind spots and other barriers to successful leadership
• Improve the ability to manage relationships and resolve conflicts
• Inspire and motivate yourself and the team that surrounds you
• Bring the latest thinking in leadership to life
• Enable the participant to apply the learning to the reality of the boardroom and teams led by the participant
• Empower the participant to make themselves and their teams more effective
• Provide a unique opportunity to learn from other managers and directors from different organisations and sectors.
The cost of this exciting opportunity is offered at a very competitive £2,000 which includes all meals, refreshments and overnight stays as well as all the training! As the training takes place on island there will be no additional, often expensive travel costs!
If the above has inspired you and you want to find out more about the programme, or to make a booking then please call Mark Payne on 676076 or email.
As a Social Enterprise of The Children’s Centre, all profits generated by CPD go straight to the charitable services The Children’s Centre provides.
Remember by participating in this programme you will directly be supporting The Children’s Centre in working to put Children, Young People and Families First!
