Hot off the press: On the run Head of The Children's Centre Charitable Services, Mark Payne is trying to escape to distant shores (Essex!) currently aided by Lisa Motley. The pair were last seen heading down Woodbourne Road towards Douglas.

There is an all ports red alert out for him but inside sources tell us his arrest is imminent. Miss Motley will not be facing any charges but will return to HQ with video evidence of the arrest which we will be able to share with you.

There will be updates on our website, Facebook and Twitter throughout the day and should we be able to raise enough money, we are assured he will be bailed later today.
