Head of Charitable Services

Purpose of the role: - 

The Head of Charitable Services (HoCS) is responsible for the leadership and management of all Charitable Services teams to ensure that high quality services are developed and delivered to meet the needs of children and vulnerable young people on the IOM. Leading with a passion to make the difference this person will create and manage innovative services focused on enabling children, young people and families to reach their full potential.

As a member of the Leadership Team, the HoCS will actively contribute to all organisational activity such as planning, management of organisational performance, financial monitoring and future decision making to ensure the wider organisation meets the strategic objectives and the longer term vision and goals of The Children’s Centre.
