Inclusion Support Worker

We have a vacancy at our beautiful 15-acre Community Farm! We are looking for an Inclusion Support Worker, for 2.5 days a week. They will help us deliver sessions at the farm for young adults with additional needs, helping build social and practical skills, co-ordinate volunteer work in the community and help prepare our young people to move on to employment.
