Key Workshops & Experiences
Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance
Facilitator: Rosemary O’Donohue (Creator of The Freedom Process)
The Experience: Drink in the medicine of cacao in a shared circle to open the heart and invite presence. Follow this with a guided ecstatic dance, moving beyond the mind and into the body’s natural rhythm.
The Goal: To move through discomfort and self-consciousness into a place of true freedom, expansion, and resilience. As self-consciousness fades, you realise everyone is in their own journey. This is where freedom lives, where expansion happens, and resilience grows.

Hormonal Health: Navigating the Journey
We are proud to host three dedicated sessions on the stages of womanhood:
Perimenopause: What’s Happening to My Body? with Christy Costello
In this empowering and informative session, you’ll break down the "misunderstood stage" that can begin years before menopause. If you are experiencing disordered sleep, anxiety, mood swings, weight changes, brain fog, or irregular cycles and are wondering “is this normal”, this talk is for you.
This session blends education with easy, actionable strategies you can begin implementing straight away-so you leave feeling informed, reassured and more in control your changing body. The Flourishing Third Act: Post-Menopause & Beyond with Joanne Posey (Registered Nutritional Therapist) - With a holistic approach that goes beyond nutrition to include stress management, sleep, movement, mindset, and confidence, Joanne supports women to feel their best through every stage of menopause.
In this insightful talk, she’ll guide you through what to expect in post-menopause, how to nourish and move your body for long-term health, and how to cultivate joy and purpose in this next chapter of life, leaving you feeling informed, uplifted, and ready to truly flourish.Menstrual Health Insights with Emily Todd-Mckee: Join Emily for a deeply nourishing and interactive workshop exploring the wisdom of the womb and the power of the menstrual cycle. Open to women of all ages, this space is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your inner authority.
Through guided reflection, ancestral teachings, and conversations around the divine feminine, you’ll begin to understand how your body communicates with you each day, especially through your cycle and how to honour that as a source of power, not something to ignore.
This is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and build a deeper relationship with yourself.
