Privacy Policy

The Data Protection Act 2002 came into force on 1st April and has been drafted in order to meet the standards set out in the European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.

This privacy policy explains what information The Children's Centre collects and what that information is used for. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or your data protection in general please contact The Office of Data Protection Registrar at odpr@odpr.gov.im.

What Information is used by The Children's Centre?

We use the personal data you have provided to supply you with the information or advice you have requested. The information and personal data is only collected and used only for the purpose(s) for which was provided. It is never sold or shared with any other third parties.

Your details are collected when you complete forms or when you send us an e-mail.

Use and disclosure of personal information

Your information and personal data is not disclosed, sold or shared with any other organisations.

Some information is held and processed by our Internet Service Provider, but it is only held and processed for and on our behalf and under our instruction.

How can you help?

There are many ways you can support our work.

  • £3,000 per day to run our charitable programmes
  • £7 benefit for every £1 spent on Thriving families programme
  • 40% of local children and young people engaged in our services
  • 16 groups of all ages hosted at the Farm each week
